Really wanted to like these people and the dealership in general, Purchased a 2015 truck in July, paid cash..Was given the 2 yr comp maintenance package, I went in last Saturday, the experience was less than pleasing. The tech was not friendly, accused me of changing something on the truck because something that was inside the engine wasn't even suppose to go on that truck,I told neither I nor anyone or any dealer or shop had been under the hood since I bought it, I was lied to about it having the oil changed before I bought it, the tech said the oil was way past time for a change, some of my personal property was taken out of my passenger side of the truck, I had to return to the dealer after I got back on the interstate to ask where and why, they told me because they cleaned the inside of my truck out, which was a lie they washed the outside didn't touch anything inside. They also changed my air filter which was fine, because it wasn't even the one that goes in my truck, and why that wasn't checked before I bought it I have no idea, However I was charged for labor and the oil change, which as suppose to be free. I called and emailed both the GM and Service manager last Saturday and here we are almost a week later and I have gotten no response. It is a shame, because when I find a good company for service or to buy something I will be loyal til they go out of biz or the day I die, and my first exp. with these folks scratched that, I will take my truck to a Nissan dealer here in Lex and pay, forget the 2 yr free package.

problem !!!
There has been buyer remorse since the purchase. First and foremost the sales part was outstanding. Everything went sour at the business managers office. Gap insurance was added into the deal with no inclination. Furthermore an extended warranty was added with no knowledge. This is my 8th new car purchase and I have never been told that unless I buy these two add ons there is no deal...that is sleazy. I have cancelled the $2,500.00 extended warranty and the useless gap insurance that I never wanted to purchase. Needless to say I will not be a returning customer, You sold me the stripped down model only to pad $3,500.00 into the financing when for $900.00 more I could of had the better trim. This time is shame on me...
