First of all, let me preface this by saying that I was reaching the end of my rope in the car buying business. I was in dire need of a car quickly and at my wits end. In swoops in EZ Car Connection. They got me an amazing car with a great warranty for an even more amazing deal. Navarre is literally an angel sent from heaven. I basically gave him coal and he handed me a beautiful VVS diamond back. I couldn't even dream of someone else working with me. I can tell both he and another man named Chris put in work in getting me a deal. They're not here to just sell you a car and go about their business. They are willing to help you find what you need even if its not what you had in mind. They stayed with me past closing time to make sure everything was fine. I was honestly about to cry, I was so happy and relieved. I am sooooo so appreciative of these guys and this business. Friendly, HONEST place they've got going here. Will 100% be going here for all my future car buying endeavors.

I'm wondering if those guy in the back knows what they are doing when fixing vehicles to many problems keep coming up with fix one thing then something else comes up wrong with the vehicle. That place needs new mechanicas. Other than that the staff up front are very very nice. They will go out there way to get you in a vehicle. Pick you up take you home anything you need they will try to help. I'm for real. They are a Blessing when it comes to getting you a vehicle. No Thanks for the free oil change coupon. Might have ta get it done there with the guys in the back. Rather get it done at Valvoline. I do know that ppl make mistakes but not on ppl vehicles that there get around to jobs or other places they have ta go ist VERY important they know what there doing.
Car shopping today took us to ez car connection in Frankfort. Never been there before, but we pulled in the lot and stepped out of the truck and I knew right then we made the right choice. No pushy salesman following u around, no one asking u a hundred questions, how much money u got so on. Navarre our salesman worked for us, he dedicated the time we were there to us to make sure we were happy. I have to say it was one of the best experiences I've had shopping for a car. The staff is wonderful, the environment is like home. They treat u like family, and they do everything they can to get u driving home in your new car that day. I honestly have not one negative thing to say about my experience there today, it was absolutely wonderful and now we're driving our new 2010 Dodge charger. Thank everyone at ez car connection and Navarre for welcoming us as family and making sure we left happy.
