I have always had excellent service at Bob Allen. The service people are great and don't tell you things need to be done to your vehicle unless it really needs it. The salespeople are very friendly and get you what you ask for and the manager and financial people are also great. I have done business with them for years and have always been treated right.
Took my car in for repair, and when itnwas determined it would take some extra time, I was promptly shuttled home. My service contract company initially denied my repair claim, but this dealership contacted them back and worked on my behalf to correct the issue. Service desk was friendly and helpful at all times. Repair was perfect. Great experience.
