I started with not but good things to say about my experience with rental with Hertz in Frankfort Ky. But after having to extend the rental for longer and Hertz agree to each and every extending, they was taking each payment directly from my account. I check my account after return the vehicle and they have over charge my account a whooping 2,238.38 yes you have read this correctly. Now I can't get anyone on the phone. I will be filing a for complaint and taking this matter a far as possible.
Very helpful, polite and knows their stuff. I love the staff at this location and the cars are always in great condition.
This also happened to my daughter in law mother last week in in St. Louis MO 5/13/16 to 5/16/16 she rented the car for only the weekend and the charged her a whooping 415.00 for a weekend rental on a economy size car. That was only suppose to be 98.00 total. And refuse to refund her money. Hertz will never get anymore of my business and I will never recommend them to anyone....Poor business ethic and thieves. I didn't want to give them a star at all but I had to give one or the won't allow you to post ....laugh....sad....
Customer service far exceeded my expectations! Staff were beyond accommodating and helpful. WI definitely rent from thia location in the future.

They literally scammed me out of money. I went to get a rental while my vehicle was being fixed. The guy who hit me, his insurance was covering the cost. Go to pick up the car and they said i needed to pay $126 in order to get it and i had to get a reimbursement from the insurance company. Called insurance company and they said no, they covered everything already. Immediately called hertz back and was THEN informed that it was optional and i would not be recieving a refund. Will NEVER go to this place again.
