I didn't even get a cab I called and had the worst service said they couldn't guarantee my written pick up time, and hung up on my grandmother when she cancelled

Terrible service , don't bother calling them, at first they made me wait for my cab and when it finnaly arrives they tell me they have other people in the vehicle we have to drop off at other places , thank god ubber is in town now this service is a joke
WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER. I called at 1:50, she estimated 15 minutes. When I called back after 30 I was asked "Do you want the taxi or not?" I was simply just trying to figure out where they were because I had to be at work. They kept making excuses saying they went to the wrong street and I asked did they put it in the gps, they said they were just now doing that after like 45 mins had passed!! Just call Bluegrass. Better yet ubet!
Hello! My name is Cory and I've been taking Commonwealth cab for a couple years now and I've never had a better driver than Joe. Quality communication, service, and reliability. Always gives us a safe ride home while always being completely honest with what time he'll be there to pick us up! Hope we get him as the driver every time!
Extremely un-reliable . No one ever answers the phone and you need to have your fingers crossed that someone will even show up . When I say this company never answers the phone ...I mean it .
