Maggie and her Associates are great! They are always very courteous, professional, and accommodating. I called to reserve a car three weeks in advance before the week of July 4th. Even though it was crazy the Friday before the Fourth they were friendly, quick and thorough. I was in and out quickly with hardly any wait. They always go out of their way to make sure that you have a good experience with their cars.
When my car was presented it was after closing time, as well as my reserved pick up time and getting dark outside, freshly returned and washed. The service manager handed me the keys and asked me to sign off in the tablet with the contract. At my normal location they walk around the car and point out damage and it is noted in the paperwork, they start the car and also verify the fuel levels. I asked about the walk around to look for damage together but I was told they had already complete the inspection during the wash and I was good to go. It wasn't until after I left and stopped for dinner that I noticed the condition of the inside of the car. It was discussing! They may have run it through a car wash but the inside had not been cleaned.
Initially less than impressed. Reserved a full size car and was given a compact. Drove six hours on the interstate with a vehicle that did not have cruise control. Dropped the car off outside of business hours, then had to go back to change the credit card to be charged after being assured I could do that over the phone.
I have driven away with a car that had a slight vibration in the front and turned around and came back. They apologized and had me in another vehicle quickly within a few minutes. They really are there to make sure that your experience is the best.
First let me say I love and have used Enterprise for years, however my most recent experience was less than good. I reserved at the location in Frankfort, KY several days in advance, this is not a location I usually use but due to my schedule it was the best option. When I arrived they told me they may not have a car for me??? I had to wait over 25 minutes for my car as they rented to several customers without reservations that had arrived just before me? I don't understand why a walk-in would take priority over a reservation?
The car rode great but the low tire pressure came on the first night that I drove it. Once I arrived to my destination I never drove it until it was time for me to head back home. The pressure light never went off but made it back home safely.
Great experience great people great vehicles this was not my first time dealing with Enterprise and it will not be my last, they are great to deal with!
I will never rent from tgis location again!
Management eventually took care of the issues and made sure I was satisfied. Have to give credit where it is due when mistakes are fixed.
