Well my Frankfort social security office is very low at speed since they take there sweet time on waiting on people
I was on hold 12 minutes, then when the lady answered she was very rude, hateful and disrespectful!! I I asked one question in how to get a copy of award letter and she very hatefully said" we don't give out award letters and HUNG UP ON ME BEFORE I COULD EVEN SAY ANYTHING ELSE!!!!! This was the Frankfort Ky one!!!!!
Kentucky terrible state
Lady was very sweet . But they said my benefits would be there on the 2nd and they never showed up so now in have to call again see what's going on again....been trying for 2 months to get my back pay on the debit card .
Place closes at 12pm on Wednesdays for no apparent reason. If it's absolutely necessary, why not do this on Fridays?
