What a wonderful department. Spoke with several really helpful people within a short period of time to correct a situation with a u-drive- permit that should have been done by Nissan (Which was of no assistance at all). Melissa had the matter corrected quickly allowing my vehicle to clear so I could renew my registration. If not for all of there help I suspect I would still be waiting for resolution from Nissan when my lease terminates a year from now.
If I could give them 0 stars I would... these people are nothing but pricky hick scam artists that have nothing better to do than to steal money from hardworking Americans. Kentucky is garbage.
