Friendly staff and very helpful
One star is too much. They can't handle international transactions, always a problem when going to Canada with the debit card and come back to a mess, they trick the account and charge false fund fees (will hold something pending for two weeks then clear it but make it pending again when you have a low balance). Buyer beware and get with a well known bank.
Only giving one star becuase it's the required minimum. They charge fees at random and the fees are ridiculously high. For people with direct deposit that show consistent HIGH deposits once a week there should be none. If it is the banks error, they won't take responsibility. Granted if you have a slip up on your account it's widly known there is a fee but when you CALL AND ASK YOUR BALANCE AND THEY TELL YOU A POSITIVE AMOUNT then you get charged because it was incorrect...thats wrong. 10 years ago they were much better. Maybe go back to the kind of people they used to have?
