I've been very pleased so far. A unit was available when I called and Storage Mart was able to hold the unit until I arrived to actually rent it. The lease was quick and painless. I received my entry code for the gate and everything worked perfectly when I loaded my first items in the following day. Staff was friendly and thorough and I felt comfortable loading things into my unit even later in the day since the family lives on the premises.

This is the second time I have rented from Storage Mart. The process of getting a storage building is easy. The staff are professional and helpful. The buildings are secure and clean. Very pleased.
Everything went smoothly, the unit was spotless and checking in was a breeze! Only drawback was the website says first month free but due to them being near Full capacity they don’t offer the free month. If that’s the case then take it off of your website!
