First time at a Zaxby's. Drive through took a LONG time. I asked about available sauces, the employee didn't know what they had.
Food was good.. but don't ever go when a uk ball games on cause they throw a fit and are rude if you want to turn channel to watch the cats play.. won't ever come back to the one in Frankfort..
Great food with reasonable prices! It's an upper crust fast food joint for sure but you can eat here literally cheaper than Taco Bell.
Great food but sometimes suffers from common fast food terrors such as wrong orders, wrong drinks, and bad/cold food. Most of the time it's ok but every so often you get bad service.
Friendly staff, clean place, great atmosphere and fast service. Also they have the best salads for price!! Huge and delicious
Sometimes things go wrong with an order. We were impressed with how professionally the team hear fixed the problem. Very professional and, of course, great Zaxby’s chicken.
