They Scheduled appointment for today to do the job when i called to confirm if they are coming they just hanged up my phone and did not respond back. If they didnt want to do the job they should have not scheduled and i didnt had to take a day off from my work because of them. Dont trust them
Plumber was not only on time but was super fast at fixing several plumbing problems in my home. I will definitely be using them again in the future and I would suggest them. Whitehead Hancock gave me an estimate of over $300 where as Monroe charged less than half and did more work.
Wouldn't recommend to any one. Scheduled appointment never showed up or called. Husband called and they said part was on truck should show up before end of day. Waited 3 or 4 days and called them again said they would be there next day didn't show up. Called and left message that they couldnt make it will be there tomorrow. Haven't seen or heard from them and it's been over a week. Apparently don't need my business. Gave one star only because it wouldn't let me post unless I gave a star.
Kevin and Mario were here even earlier than i thought, very courteous and very professional was a tricky job but they were very thorough and very skilled and got the job done very quickly i was very pleased with my service.
