I don't intend on purchasing anything else from this store. The sales clerk was friendly enough when I was FINALLY waited on but management was not so friendly. I felt management was rushing us along.

Very helpful and friendly. The manager, Melissa Smith was very informative and patient. Most of all she didn't try to sell you anything you weren't looking to buy, or show you the top of the line jewelry trying to get that extra buck out of you. I ended up buying an engagement ring and having it sized and it was hassle free and they contacted me as soon as it was ready for pickup. I will continue to take my business to this Kay Jewelers location as well as recommend it to friends and family.
