I have had them for insurance for going on 4 year they have always been the nicest people and never try to force anything on you. They are able to answer your questions immediately. Tiffany is the banking dept. is amazing! And very patient! Would recommend and have recommended to people multiple times! Thank you guys!
I have been a State Farm Policy holder with RB Brown for at least 15 years. Recently I was in a major accident totaling my car. I called their office and, even though it was closing time, Tiffany helped me through the process of filing the claim. She stayed on the phone with me through the whole process ensuring I would have a rental car first thing the next morning. This meant so much to me because even though I did not have any major injuries It was such a traumatic experience. She was so concerned about me ( and my daughter even though she was not in the accident) State Farm quickly processed the claim (within a week) allowing me to get another Jeep and get my life back to normal. This was my first major accident and I so appreciated the caring and PERSONAL attention that I was given. Thank you for making such a horrible experience into a more pleasant one.
Very appreciative for the donation that RB Brown State Farm made to the Kentucky Chapter of the American Choral Directors Association. When you have 600 young singers singing all day there can never be enough water and their donation was great!

I've been with State Farm for many years, and in the past few I've noticed my agent's customer service was taking a serious nose dive. My family had noticed the same. Customer service is key and very much valued in this type of business, least in my opinion.
Tiffany is amazing!!!! She not only helped me with all the stuff after my accident but also helped me with financing my new SUV at a great rate. If you haven't looked into you should it was the easiest process ever. Thanks again RB for such an amazing staff.
