Terrible service in the appliance department. Came on lunch break and the girl looked in the back for an item and she was gone 10 minutes. Ridiculous. Came back after work and NO ONE HELPED US! We had to ask an employee in the department next to appliances for help and he went to go get someone...he was gone for at least 5 minutes and told us the girl would be right over. When she finally came back to the department, she didn't even help us, but some other person. Never acknowledged us or told us she'd be with us in a minute. We literally stood at the machine we wanted to purchase for 10 or more minutes and she never came over. By then, people were lining up so we left. They lost a purchase and we'll probably never come back with such terrible service.
We used this store for numerous jobs.. we were going to re-do bathrooms...labor cost more than the items...lady in plumbing told us we were better off to do it ourselves...we went to small businesses and got better deals than Lowe's...don't give them money as a deposit you won't get it back.
Great selection, but hard to find help when you need it. Staff is friendly, but spread thinly around the store.
Not good. I had to buy a dishwasher. I didn't see what I needed, so tried to engage any of the employees who were standing about with Lowe's gloves on. (Their hands in their pockets) I finally asked that if I couldn't get help here, could they at least tell me where the closest Home Depot was. I was told with a laugh that they were too far away to do me much good. I'll try ordering from Amazon.
Sales person was very helpful. He answered all questions and did not hurry us at all. It was a pleasure shopping there.
