I have been going to Fit Time for Women for 2 years now. It is a half hour away from my home. It is 45 minutes away from my work. But it is worth every minute. I have never been healthier in my life. My children LOVE the FREE child care they offer for while I am working out, the trainers are not at all pushy or look down their nose at anyone who walks in there. You have women on walkers who after a few months you can just watch how much easier it is for them to walk and be active. You have young fit girls running around and every type of woman in between. I love the owner, my trainer has helped me make amazing gains, and so I continue to drive that distance even though I have like 3 gyms right beside my office. Trust me. It is worth it.
