Kroger employees were buy helpful with excellent attitude. Suddenly Salad was 1.99 per box after our last purchase of it was 1.00 per box also gallon of milk was 2.69 as to 1.99 I paid on our last visit. Didn't see much sale items from their previous marked price. This was not what I expected. Biggest sale item was on GM cereal which we purchased.
I hate it. Too large, too much confusion Re where items,are placed and criteria for doing so. One needs to bring along a CPA to figure which choices are most cost-effective, i.e double fuel points, or BOGO (after you figure out what that means), or mfger coupon, or buy something you don't need so you can take 10% off an order of a stated minimum $$$

Best place for INSTANT coffee and anything else that you would need ON THE west side of TOWN ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU NEED TO BUY SOME TWININGSTEA AND MAYBE TWO TWENTY OUNCE BOTTLES OF SODA
The goal appears to be to get one to wander the aisles and discover additional products to place in your cart. The end result is more likely to be frustration and total loss of patience.
Shoppers in the store after 10 PM need to be prepared for the quirky U-Scan. It will only stop after every other item you place in your bag. Fret not! The attendant will remedy this... eventually.
The items in this grocery store are placed in unexpected locations. The signs above the aisles are not much help. Need bread? I hope you remember that Kroger refers to it as "Sliced Breads" on these signs. Also, not all of these breads are on the same side of the aisle.
A nightmare I DREAD every single week. The alternative in my community: Walmart god help us, or the friendly family owned local grocery...higher prices, lower selection...but USER FRIENDLY. They care about us.
I live in Louisville, KY. I can find grocery items at any of the Kroger locations there. The same cannot be said for this Kroger.
One used to make a grocery list based on what the family needed that week, ala household supplies, meal menu plans, school lunches. Now, to save a few dollars, one has to shop ala what's on special, and just keep stocking the pantry with items you hope you won't overlook the "best buy" date on.
By the time you leave the store you will be in such a panic that you won't notice the main entrance in now locked. The attendant will let you discover this in your in too.
