Buy at the Frankfort location often, never a minutes problem.
The men that work there are rude an not friendly at all.. If u ask a question they will answer with a yea or no you get no explanation at all..Guess they think that us customers are mind readers.
They sold me a broken weed wacker so I go back to return it and they ended up giving me a better weed wacker for the same price their customer service is awesome
This place is horrible. Horrible customer service just horrible all the way around! Paid a layaway payment on January 31st they turned around and sold the gun on February 2nd. Will not give money back nor try and help in any way!
DON'T PAWN YOUR STUFF HERE!!! If your planning on trying to get your stuff back out of pawn go somewhere else. Noone has the sme story on how much you owe. They straight out lied to me about how much I had to pay to keep my items. Had one of my items setting out for sale when I still had time to pay on it. WILL NEVER SO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!!
