Placed an order online for in-store pickup. The order was filled incorrectly and then when I called to see how we might rectify the situation the salesperson argued that my part didn’t actually exist (though I have purchased multiple times in the past) and refused to offer any solution. I was excited at the thought of having a more local amazon alternative but alas, the predicament remains! If your going to have an in-person alternative to online shopping, prepare your people!
