I have seen both Sarah and Lindsay, and I love them both! When I was overdue for a physical, they got me in as a new patient the next day--and it was NYE, but they were there! My appointments always started on time. I just moved from Kentucky to another state, and East Side Family Medicine is one of the things I miss. Great health care.
The office advertizes late hours (assuming so you can take your sick child after work), but the office won't schedule an appointment that late unless the day is already booked up!! Sorry, I'll can find another doctor who will take my money and schedule the appointment at a convenient time for ME. Oh wait, I did!! Capital Medical Group was friendly and available after work hours.

Dr. Haddix is awesome. He has a great rapport with his patients. Most of all listens to your concerns, not feeling rushed. Great bedside manner. So glad I switched to him.
