Best dental office I have ever been to!
Ive always been satisfied with my service until i had my teeth pulled. I paid a lot of money to be able to wear my denture plates from day 1 on, more than if i had waited. Its been 3 weeks and i cant get them near in their place in my mouth. They said it can take up to 10 visits to make them fit, but im pretty sure its supposed to be making them smaller and removing any rubbing places. Not making them bigger just to get them in my mouth. im so disappointed. I cant eat, lost 15lbs, embarrassed to be seen in public to the point i have avoided family outting dinner functions. I would never suggest any one do this ever. Spent more money for something i dont have, its a rip off!
Brought our daughter in on day one things went well staff was awesome. Day 2 was a total disaster. You don't get the same people you saw on day one that made you comfortable with choosing them as a dentist. Day 2 is when they change up people on you and you get the other extreme. And they should tell you when you come in on your first visit that you won't be able to come back with your child. However I don't really think this is the policy. I think that someone was having a bad day. However we won't be back and I won't recommend them to ANYONE.
Do you guys offer walk ins?
I had the unfortunate experience of coming here after taking 3 years off from the dentist. I had 5 fillings (which were totally my fault) however, they were apparently not able to file a SINGLE ONE to fit the rest of my teeth. I have been in pain for a week, and still do not know if it is fixed. I have never had a pain in my tooth before coming here, and now I have not been able to chew for a week.
