I really liked this place. We found a BAB very clean. We stayed 2 night for a family funeral. Brooker.
Very friendly staff, a very clean park. It was very serene, away from traffic noise & adjacent to a golf course and a river (which was great for fishing!). Sites are very spacious, plenty of room. The 50 amp pull thrus have water & electric but do not have sewer hookup. There is a dump site avail on the way out. Back ins are full hookup.
Nice folks. Nice facilities. Paved roads and sites. Priced a little high but there is a nice gathering spot for campers. Internet is miserably slow. Very unstable.
Very nice campground, for being hidden off the beaten path. It has the Elkhorn River nesting through the out skirts of the campground. Has nice selection for cable, WiFi isn't to bad. Could be a little better. Very clean, and pleasant people. Park went out of their way, to bring me a portable fire pit. Would go back again.
ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL FACILITIES!!! The bathhouse is brand new and was just rebuilt. These owners spared no expense and it shows with upscale toilets and showers. The staff are all family and the nicest campground staff we have encountered. The pool has also been redone in the last few months and is also truly gorgeous. The water is crystal clear. A beautiful creek winds its way around the campground. I would give Elkhorn Campground ten stars if I could. As for the people that had issues here, I challenge you to give them another chance. This place is, hands down, the best campground in the state of Kentucky.
