Service was great staff knowledgeable and friendly, food however, not really sure what all the hype is about. The broccoli cheddar soup people are so fond is mediocre at best, if I closed my eyes and tastes it I couldn't tell you it contained cheese, tasted like bland chicken soup with broccoli and carrots mixed in. The Caesar with chicken was void of flavor, dressing was very lacking. We didn't finish our meal we ate a few bites then left. This was my 1st time having Panera and unfortunately it probably will be my last. I may give the bakery a try.
I hate to write this because I love Panera Bread but.... I was only there once at the Hurstborne store and they didn't offer to heat the pastry, a shot of espresso was delivered in a 16oz paper cup which was cold and the ordering process was less than pleasant. I strongly suggest management check out their Frankfort KY store. It is a great relaxing place with great people on staff. Once while I was trying to work my way to my table with two plates and balancing two drinks ( one in a espresso cup ) the dining room attendant came rushing over to assist. That guy deserves a raise for being more than a working stiff. The Frankfort store is on my biweekly routine of going somewhere for coffee, sandwich, bearclaw and to read a book for a couple of hours.
The workers have no idea what half caf means when you order a coffee. They consistently mess up the orders. I just sat in drive thru for 15 minutes for a blueberry muffin, 2 smoothies, a decaf coffee and a large latte with almond milk. The latte had caramel in it. And my decaf coffee tastes watered down.
I really like Panera's menu. Staff is always helpful.
Always good clean eating. Tons if healthy options. Rewards card offered. Great deserts! Wish it was priced a little cheaper but i keep coming back!
